The bulk of garments made in New York sweatshops are clothes for working women, large sizes for women and garments for teenage girls. School uniforms and even Army uniforms also turned up among the worst labor violators, according to state records.

Look #1: Look one – The comfort of necessity – cuffed bottom jeans, glasses, tank top. Look #2: Cheap individuality-home made keystone state t shirt, hand sewn rabbit hoodie. Look #3: Appreciation of that which is given – striped shirt from mom and dad, graduation gear from a university, free shoes.

“THE BE PLAIN MOVEMENT”

Fashion trends and ideas change at a quicker rate then you can change your clothes. Wear what you want, when you want to, be comfortable with yourself and you can’t look bad.

Let’s just make fun of fashion! White trash and the deformed are definitely more interesting to look at…

Look #1: Redneck daywear: trucker cap, cut-off wife beater and matching unisex cut-off shorts. Look #2: Pink polka-dot moo-moo Look #3: Less is more: yellow hot pants and mismatching bikini top. Accessorize with she- mullet, belly ring, and can of Bud (or substitute with Pabst Blue Ribbon).

All of these images are derived from 1930′s fashion and take the theme of "protective gear. " I don’t know where you can get the clothes but I found them in an old book that somebody had thrown out.

Friends About Us is from the 1940′s and it is illustrates a series of small stories meant to teach children about the world around them. Some of things they learn about are the industrial revolution, what city workers do , other children from different parts of the world and natural disasters. It is a very wholesome book and it makes everything look beautiful and great.
