youth-driven consultancy aimed at providing strategic answers for
any organization targeting the 13-29 year old demographic. NRG Solutions
is different because we put youth at the centre of problem-solving.
Rather than asking youth their opinion on conventional solutions,
at NRG we let the youth create solutions. And the results are catching

Our
Analytical Team
The
NRG Solutions core analytical team is a true reflection of the divergent
interests and individuality that are at the centre of contemporary
young culture in Canada. Drawn from various backgrounds (education,
marketing, advertising, grass-roots community work, the philanthropic
arena, design and the financial sector) we share a common bond -
a passion for the excitement, depth-of-field and unfettered thinking
of youth. Our offices hum with the buzz of youth - co-op students
and NRGen community members pop in and out. Competing computer speakers
pump out an impossibly eclectic (and often eccentric) array of different
tunes. Paintings from ideation sessions of yore, posters and toys
carry equal sway around our respective work zones. Different people
have different core competencies - instead of stifling this human
tendency - we encourage it!
