| NRG
Solutions is the leading strategic resource for youth-oriented
companies, brands, products, institutions and cultures. We are a
youth-driven consultancy aimed at providing strategic answers for
any organization targeting the 13-29 year old demographic. NRG Solutions
is different because we put youth at the centre of problem solving.
Rather than asking youth their opinion on conventional solutions,
at NRG we let youth create these solutions. The results are catching
              fire.
The Trick of Tapping: Polls, Pulse Checks, Contests, Surveys
              and More...
We know they're out there - riding the subway, clogging the malls,
closing the bars. Your market, young people, can be found all over
the city. The trick to gaining their input on marketing concerns
is capturing them in a single locale and probing their ever-changing
minds; it sounds far more pathological than it actually is. The
NRGen online community is precisely such a destination - an environment
dedicated to working with freakishly intelligent super-cool passionate
young people! Assembling large masses is really the simple part.
However, one needs skills and precision to navigate the rivers of
the youthful mind - a place full of untapped ideas and potential.
We ask the right questions to find the great answers, and consequently
              build phenomenal solutions.

NRGen pulse checks, polls and contests are inventive, quirky and
most importantly - fun. As a result, we don't receive standard answers.
Polls labelled "Companies that suck" elicit what can most
tamely be described as less-than-traditional responses. Our practices
are inherently interactive - giving youth the option of moving away
from the binary, zombie-like responses of yes/no to offer fuller
and more elaborate expressions of bold ideas. Contests provide incentives
for otherwise banal responses to become creative and elaborative
remarks. Tapping into the youth market requires a strategic plan,
created by people as savvy and "with it" as their desired
              responders.
