of extreme importance in market research. A community is an empowering
forum for people to share their insight while creating an ongoing
relationship with the organizations that affect them. The database,
while beneficial for qualitative results, is a rather limiting tool
for extensive research. Other consultancies may brag about having
an over 500,000-name database of young people, but in truth, not
all of those accounts are actually active. How many of those participants
